APS FORMS STRATEGIC ALLIANCE WITH AIRS

OCEANSIDE, CA, Oct. 26, 2000 -- Advanced Personnel Systems, Inc. (APS; http://www.aps2k.com) has formed a strategic alliance with Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies (AIRS), a global leader in Internet recruitment training and information services. Doug Coull, APS' president, made the announcement.

AIRS, located in Hanover, NH, hosts the AIRSNews Network, a comprehensive online news center. AIRS news, commentary and articles are also viewed on Yahoo! and dozens of other sites targeted to the recruitment and HR industries.

APS is displaying AIRSNews in two places - on its corporate Web site and on the login page of client resume databases via APS' Web-based recruiting solution, SmartSearch Online.
