LAWGIBB SECURES FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE CONTRACT

ATLANTA, GA, Sept. 18, 2000 -- LAWGIBB Group has been awarded a five-year contract with the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Service for Environmental Advisory Services. Through GSA's Federal Supply Schedules Program, the multi-million dollar contract includes an option for a five-year renewal.

The three areas of environmental advisory services included in the schedule are Environmental Planning Services and Documentation (SIN 899-1), Environmental Compliance Services (SIN 899-2) and Waste Management Services (SIN 899-4). As part of the contract, LAWGIBB will propose services to help federal agencies and their customers (worldwide) comply with environmental laws and regulations.

Agencies and their customers use the Environmental Advisory Services Schedule to find experts in topics such as endangered species, wetlands, and archeological, historical and cultural resource management plans. Task orders are issued for a variety of requirements. LAWGIBB's Internet site will also have a link to the GSA Web site's home page.

Founded in 1946, LAW acquired the prestigious firm of GIBB Ltd., based in Reading, England, in 1989 forming LAWGIBB Group, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The company has expanded its scope of operations to include many traditional engineering and scientific disciplines, and today is widely recognized as one of the world's leading engineering, environmental and design consulting services companies. The firm now has more than 3,500 professionals working in over 100 offices around the world with projects in 160 countries worldwide.
