GovPartner's RequestPartner™ allows residents to submit and track their local government service requests online, and municipalities to easily manage workflow and track trends related to service requests. RequestPartner™ also is offered at rates that are affordable for cities of various sizes and budgets.

"GovPartner's software, RequestPartner™, was created with input from cities and will be a valuable tool for improving communication between government and the public," said Robert "Bob" O'Neill, Jr., ICMA Executive Director. "We look forward to working with GovPartner to expand citizens' online access to government."

"RequestPartner™ had already become the most popular solution within our suite of e-Government systems," said Jon Rodriguez, President of GovPartner. "We are excited to offer the system in partnership with organizations that are leaders in effective technology solutions for government."
