INDIGITAL FUTURE MEDIA UNVEILS MESSAGE-BOARD.NET

CAPISTRANO BEACH, CA, May 26, 1999 - Message-Board.net, a new service that allows Web site visitors to communicate with a Web site on a user-friendly message board, launches today from Indigital Ventures, the software division of Web development company Indigital Future Media (www.indigital.com).

Message-Board.net is a 'server-side software' that combines the best elements of e-mail, news groups and chat into one forum that can be added to any Web site in less than five minutes. There is no software to download or expensive server hardware to purchase, as the software runs on independent high speed servers maintained by Web savvy Message-Board.net Webmasters.

Indigital Ventures' original objective in developing the product was to find a way to make communication with an Internet Web site more fluid and easy to manage for both site visitor and Webmaster. Company research indicated that people were frustrated with using unreliable and ineffective Web-based discussion boards.

After nearly a year of research & development, design and programming, the result is Message-Board.net, a powerful messaging system that is ideal for any Web site publisher.

Message-Board.net boasts a range of fun, high function tools such as: dynamic ad banner serving; detailed traffic statistics; full-function message trees; a powerful search engine; profanity filter; auto-email response; special memory functions, attached file uploading and more.

Among the big pluses for Web site publishers are: no hardware or software to install; no load on their site's server; boosts repeat visits; creates one-to-one customer buzz; custom-fits any site's identity, and simple admin controls which allow for easy changes or alterations.

Intended for businesses, publications and organizations, Message-Board.net offers one-to-one customer service and feedback, tech support, FAQ's, job postings, message broadcasting, classified ads and other uses where quick Web posting is important and not programmer-reliant.

"Imagine people being able to interact and communicate with your Web site on subjects that are directly related to your site's content," said Jake Grubb, co-founder of parent company Indigital Future Media. "In effect you're creating a dynamic sales environment by making it easy for customer dialogue to take place inside your 'company store' (your site), where you can serve up banner ads with key words related to what's being discussed. That's an ideal sales environment for any company."

"We think people will really like using our message board compared to what we've seen on the Web," said Mike Blandi, Indigital Ventures' senior product manager. "It's really simple, easy to access and comes with a whole lot of cool options".

Message-Board.net is initially being offered for a 45-day free trial, followed by 'free-or-fee' options. Site publishers wishing to add a free message board to their site can sign up online at www.message-board.net, and within minutes they'll have a fully functional, value-added service for their site visitors.
