IMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES OPENS DEVELOPMENT CENTER IN PUNE, INDIA

KINGS LANGLEY, UK, March 5, 2007 -- Imagination Technologies Group plc (LSE:IMG; "Imagination") - a leader in System-on-Chip Intellectual Property ("SoC IP") announces the opening of its first development center outside the UK.
