IMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES CONFIRMS NEW INTEL® CENTRINO® ATOM PROCESSOR UTILIZES POWERVR GRAPHICS AND VIDEO TECHNOLOGIES

KINGS LANGLEY, UK, April 11, 2008 -- Imagination Technologies Group plc (LSE: IMG; "Imagination") - a leader in System-on-Chip Intellectual Property (SoC IP) announces that Intel® Centrino® Atom processor technology includes Imagination's POWERVR® SGX graphics and POWERVR VXD multi-standard HD video technologies.

These graphics and video technologies, as part of the Intel® System Controller Hub in Intel Centrino Atom processor technology, enable the user to enjoy a richer Internet multimedia experience while consuming low power.
