IMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES LICENSES MOBILE TV IP PLATFORM TO MAVRIX TECHNOLOGY, INC.

KINGS LANGLEY, UK, Nov. 22, 2006 -- Imagination Technologies Group plc (LSE:IMG; "Imagination") - a leader in System-on-Chip Intellectual Property ("SoC IP") - reports that Mavrix Technology, Inc. a fabless semiconductor company developing a complete system-on-chip (SOC) solution for the Mobile Digital TV (MDTV) market, has licensed Imagination's mobile TV IP platform for use with certain mobile TV standards.
