KONEXX UNVEILS USB PHONE 2 PC

USB Phone 2 PC is an innovative recording solution consisting of the USB Phone 2 PC interface and recording software. The USB Phone 2 PC interface is a combination telephone to computer interface and sound card combination. It obtains its power from the computer's USB port and doesn't require an AC adapter or any other power source, which makes it ideal for laptop users.

USB Phone 2 PC is compatible with Microsoft Windows 98 SE, Millennium, 2000 or XP.

"USB Phone 2 PC is not only easy to use and install, but the software registration is also coded into the interface so you don't have to register the software online or on the telephone," said Gutzmer. "This makes it simple to relocate the software from one computer to another."

Key capabilities of USB Phone 2 PC include:

Plays computer audio files to a called party through the telephone set.
You can dictate recorded messages using a supplied external microphone.
Record interviews and meetings in the office or over the telephone set's speakerphone or an audio conference telephone.
Users can insert 'Beep Tone' generation to comply with the 'two-party notification' recording laws in some states.
USB Phone 2 PC recordings are in a compressed wave format that is playable by virtually all computer media player programs. One hour of recording uses only 5.6 Megabytes of disk space.
