Billy Wright Named Senior Consultant at LA Consulting

MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif., March 27, 2014 – Billy Wright has been promoted to Senior Consultant. Harry Lorick, P.E., LA Consulting president, made the announcement.

Wright joined LA Consulting in 2005 and has implemented a wide array of improvement processes and developed management systems for various public agencies, some of which have included Orange and Ventura Counties (CA), Port of Los Angeles and currently supports projects for public agencies and municipalities in Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada and Oregon. He also has integrated various systems such as MaintStar, Lucity, CitiTech, MicroPaver, GIS and others to optimize resource utilization and provide decision support for management.

"Billy will play a pivotal role in helping us develop our varied project portfolio and will continue to provide project management and technical support for public works projects nationwide," said Lorick. "In addition, his extensive expertise in application development, management information systems and business process re-engineering will be invaluable to the firm as we expand the scope and breadth of our services."

Wright received a Business Administration in Information Systems degree from California State University, Long Beach. He is a member of APWA and WEF.
