NETWORK SERVICES LAUNCHES NATIONWIDE INFORMATION PROGRAM FOR TSR WIRELESS CUSTOMERS

EL SEGUNDO, CA, June 8, 2001 -- Network Services, LLC has unveiled a comprehensive nationwide communications program designed to provide TSR Wireless customers with timely information. The program was implemented in less than six weeks since concluding a definitive agreement (subject to regulatory approval) to acquire TSR Wireless.

Key components include:

  • A new, fully interactive Web site (www.tsrwireless.com) providing turnkey online services for both resellers and customers.
  • Adding more than 150 employees.
  • Opening three call centers in California and New Jersey staffed by experienced customer service agents.
  • Distributing more than 400,000 inserts to customers throughout the United States.

Network Services also rolled out a new branding campaign that uses the TSR Wireless and Network Services logos. The three-line design now reads, "TSR Wireless (1st line) now managed by (2nd line) Network Services (3rd line)."

"We have been working around the clock to provide our customers with higher levels of service," said Brad Scott, president of Network Services. "We have brought on an additional 75 customer service agents who are fielding inquiries quickly and efficiently. We have also added sales and support staff throughout the country. In addition, billing inserts have been sent to many customers, providing timely information on recent developments. Our new interactive Web site is now up and is both reseller and end user friendly."

The call centers are located in El Segundo and Pleasanton, CA, and Fort Lee, NJ. Scott said Network Services would also be hiring another 75 customer service agents and support staff over the next 90 days.

Scott added that the new interactive Web site enables customers to pay bills online, modify billing and service information and check amounts due. Customers can also request a customer service agent call them back via the Web.

The Web site will also serve as a productive business development tool for resellers, who will be able to manage wholesale accounts online.

"They can activate individual or multiple units, manage their inventory, add or modify options and services, pay online and review invoicing," Scott said. "Our resellers can also view and download activity and inventory reports, and place product orders online."
