RECURRENT SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS UNVEILS VERSABILL

MELVILLE, NY, Nov. 8, 2004 -- Recurrent Software Solutions Inc. (www.recurrentsoft.com) has introduced VersaBill, an innovative, automated bill formatting system. Alan Hills, president of Recurrent Software Solutions, made the announcement.

"With VersaBill, companies can now streamline their electronic billing in a format that not only meets their exact specifications, but also the needs of their customers," Hills said. "We're able to transform standard electronic bills and reformat them."

Hills said once the electronic format is established, VersaBill creates code to parse the format for use by customers. After fields are defined from the original data from each customer, Recurrent then sets up the format and conducts testing to ensure accuracy - the data is sent to the client to be validated.

"With VersaBill, our clients can tell us what kind of output file format and the media they want to use to send to their customers - we can handle this via email, the web, ftp, and CD," Hills said. "If we submit online, Recurrent will perform test submissions and have the customer validate what's seen on their end."

Hills added that once the format is approved, the client is placed into the automated system and a copy of the data that was sent to the client's customer is returned to the client's ftp site.

"Any email that gets sent out to a client's customer is also copied to the client, so no matter how Recurrent gets the file to a customer, we always ftp a copy back," he said.

Recurrent Software Solutions, Inc. is based in Melville, NY. For more information on VersaBill, please call (631) 752-2701 or email to info@recurrentsoft.com.
