STANTUM SLATE PC TABLET - INFO, SPECS, HANDS ON

The Stantum Slate tablet PC is very similar to the Dell Mini 10 in terms of its platform. Make no mistake, however; the tablet is quite different from the Mini 10. It does come with a 10.1 inch multi touch touch screen display, built into a sturdy little chassis that lets you save some space when you’re traveling. stantum slate

Both the trackpad & the keyboard are replaced by the on screen virtual keyboard and by your touch gestures. The tablet features a Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a webcam in addition to the 2 USB ports.

The Stantum tablet won’t be sold by retailers, however, because the tablet is a proof of concept that demonstrates Stantum’s digital resistive multi touch screen technology. Too bad, this could’ve been a good one.
